When converting an appointment to a timesheet users may receive the following error, “There are scheduling segments currently being converted to timesheets. If they are not available in 5 minutes, please try again.”
This means a timesheet has already been generated for this service, but is not finished saving. This warning helps prevent duplicate timesheets from being created. When this happens, wait at least five minutes and check for an existing timesheet. If there is not one, re-attempt to convert the appointment.
