CR Go / Sessions Start a Session and Collect Data in CR Go

To start a session in CR Go:

  1. Log in to CR Go
  2. Tap the main menu
  3. Tap Sessions
    • Or, to access the client’s sessions from the Schedule module:
      • Tap Schedule on the app main menu
      • Find the client’s appointment and tap Details
      • Swipe down in “Schedule Details” and tap Start Session
  4. If collecting data offline, ensure the session has been downloaded and that offline mode has been successfully enabled for the session. The following icons identify a session’s offline mode status:
    • Session download is in progress: maintain data/internet or WiFi connectivity to continue the download process, and the session is not ready for offline data collection.
    • Session download has been successfully completed: disable data on your device and begin offline data collection.
    •  Session download failed: maintain internet/data or WiFi connectivity and we will attempt to download the Session again. This session is not ready for offline data collection.
  5. Tap the session
  6. Tap the Play button or Restart Session
  7. Tap the data branches, and start collecting data
    • If needed, tap Pause to pause the timer and maintain the data that has not been graphed yet.
  8. Graph all targets
  9. Tap End Session to clear the data sheet. To save the data collected, all targets must be graphed before tapping End Session or the data will be lost.
    • If collecting data offline, the session along with all graphs, comments, and videos collected will be stored locally on the device and will automatically be synced into CentralReach, as soon as you regain data connectivity.
    • Please note, if the data is not graphed on an offline session, it will not be synced to CentralReach. Criteria advancement is not supported during offline mode.

CR Go / Sessions Enable Offline Data Collection in CR Go

When offline mode is enabled in a CR Go session, the session’s data branches are downloaded and stored locally on users’ devices, so that data collection can be completed without internet, carrier data, or WiFi connectivity. Offline mode can be auto-enabled via the app’s settings, or manually enabled on a specific session. Please note, users must have internet, carrier data, or WiFi connectivity to complete the session download process once offline mode is enabled.

To auto-enable offline mode on your sessions, while you have internet connectivity:

  1. Log in to CR Go
  2. Tap the main menu
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Automatic Offline Sync to expand and select one of the following options:
    • Sync by Appointments: for offline mode to automatically be enabled on clients’ sessions with a scheduled appointment on the current day and the day after.
    • Sync by Most Recent Sessions: for offline mode to automatically be enabled on users’ 10 most recent active sessions (an active session is a session that has had activity, started and ended, and data collected or graphed).
  5. When navigating to Sessions to start a session and collect data, the following icons will identify a session’s offline status:
    • Session download is in progress: maintain data/internet or WiFi connectivity to continue the download process, and the session is not ready for offline data collection.
    • Session download has been successfully completed: can disable data on users’ devices and begin offline data collection.
    •  Session download failed: maintain your internet/data or WiFi connectivity and we will attempt to download the session again. This session is not ready for offline data collection.

To manually enable offline mode on a specific Session while you have internet connectivity:

  1. Log in to CR Go
  2. Tap the main menu
  3. Tap Sessions
    • Or, to access a client’s sessions from the Schedule module:
      • Tap Schedule in the app main menu
      • Find the client’s appointment and tap Details
      • Swipe down in “Schedule Details” and tap Start Session
  4. Find the client’s session
  5. Swipe left over the client’s session. There will be a green bar titled “Enable Offline”
  6. The following icons identify the offline session status:
    • Session download is in progress: maintain data/internet or WiFi connectivity to continue the download process and the session is not ready for offline data collection.
    • Session download has been successfully completed: disable data on users’ devices and begin offline data collection.
    •  Session download failed: maintain your internet/data or WiFi connectivity and we will attempt to download the session again. This session is not ready for offline data collection.

7. Once offline is enabled and the download has been completed, disable your internet/carrier data or WiFi connectivity on your device, and tap the offline-enabled Session to start data collection.

8. Once a session is competed, graph all data. The session along with all graphs, comments, and videos collected on offline mode will be stored locally on the device and will automatically be synced into CentralReach as soon as data connectivity is regained.

  • Please note, if the data is not graphed, it will not be synced. Criteria advancement is not supported during offline mode.

CR Go / Sessions Graph Goals in CR Go

In CR Go, goals can be graphed individually or in bulk.

To graph goals individually from the Index/ NET View:

  1. Swipe left over the target to view a yellow bar over the target called, “Graph”
  2. Once done, the target will be graphed
  3. Or, tap the > icon on the top left corner of the target and then tap the graph icon on the top right corner

To graph all targets in bulk:

  1. Tap Graph All in the session’s data sheet, next to the timer

Please note, graphing automatically with a score of zero is not available.

To graph targets individually from the Pinned View:

  1. On the bottom of the Index/ Net View, tap to open the Pinned View
  2. Tap the three dots on the top right corner and tap Graph

CR Go / Sessions Video Recording in CR Go

To record videos in CR Go:

  1. Log in to CR Go
  2. Tap the main menu
  3. Tap Sessions
    • Or, to access a client’s sessions from the Schedule module:
      • Tap Schedule in the main menu
      • Find the client’s appointment and tap Details
      • Swipe down in the details page and click Start Session
  4. Tap to open a client session
  5. Tap the Play button to start the session
  6. Tap the camera icon in the top right corner of the “Index/NET view”
  7. Tap the play button to start recording
  8. Tap the stop  button to stop recording
  9. Tap Record name to enter the video title
  10. Tap + Add people to select colleagues connected to the client, to share the video with
  11. Tap the check icon in the top right corner

Videos recorded in CR Go are stored in the Files module in CentralReach, and are owned by the client and created by the provider.

CR Go / Sessions Reviewing Target Details, Instructions, and Comments in CR Go

Target and goal details, such as instructional notes, graphs, and comments can be viewed in CR Go.

To review instructions, details, and comments:

  1. Log in to CR Go
  2. Tap the main menu
  3. Tap Sessions
    • Or, to access a client’s sessions from the Schedule module:
      • Tap Schedule in the app main menu
      • Find the client’s appointment and tap Details
      • Swipe down in the details page and tap Start Session
  4. Tap a session
  5. Tap a skill acquisition or a behavioral reduction goal within the data sheet
  6. Tap the > icon on the top right corner of the target
  • Instructions: the first tab, which shows the description from your branch (if written) and any instructional notes and images from your branch or parent goal.

  • Details: the second tab, which shows the graph and recent graphed information and trial activity, thus far. Graphs show the last three data points and most recent phase change lines (if applicable).

  • Comments: the third tab, which includes all of the comments added pertaining to the target. Comments can also be added by swiping right over the target. These comments are saved in the learning tree branch.
