To start a session in CR Go:
- Log in to CR Go
- Tap the main menu
- Tap Sessions
- Or, to access the client’s sessions from the Schedule module:
- Tap Schedule on the app main menu
- Find the client’s appointment and tap Details
- Swipe down in “Schedule Details” and tap Start Session
- Or, to access the client’s sessions from the Schedule module:
- If collecting data offline, ensure the session has been downloaded and that offline mode has been successfully enabled for the session. The following icons identify a session’s offline mode status:
Session download is in progress: maintain data/internet or WiFi connectivity to continue the download process, and the session is not ready for offline data collection.
Session download has been successfully completed: disable data on your device and begin offline data collection.
Session download failed: maintain internet/data or WiFi connectivity and we will attempt to download the Session again. This session is not ready for offline data collection.
- Tap the session
- Tap the Play button or Restart Session
- Tap the data branches, and start collecting data
- If needed, tap Pause to pause the timer and maintain the data that has not been graphed yet.
- Graph all targets
- Tap End Session to clear the data sheet. To save the data collected, all targets must be graphed before tapping End Session or the data will be lost.
- If collecting data offline, the session along with all graphs, comments, and videos collected will be stored locally on the device and will automatically be synced into CentralReach, as soon as you regain data connectivity.
- Please note, if the data is not graphed on an offline session, it will not be synced to CentralReach. Criteria advancement is not supported during offline mode.
