Users need CR Mobile to access the CR Mobile application and the appropriate Billing module permissions, specifically (Billing > Visit Verification), to access the “Visit Verification” section of the Billing module and (Billing > Manage Timesheets) to manage timesheets.
For CR Mobile users that are providing services to clients with the “Colorado HCPF Department of Medicaid” insurance provider, Sandata will house all data required for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). The Colorado Medicaid has contracted Sandata to be the aggregator for EVV in the state of Colorado. CentralReach is integrated with Sandata to support seamless EVV claim submission.
Contact Sandata CO to set up credentials prior to completing appointments in CR Mobile. After receiving credentials, organizations need to contact their Account Manager to enable the necessary feature key.
