Billing / Billing / Filters Finding Billing Entries that Have and Have Not been Invoiced

To view all billing entries that have or have not yet been invoiced, use the Invoiced and Not Invoiced filter on the billing screen.

  1. Navigate to the  Billing module and select Billing
  2. Apply any desired filters, including client, provider, date range, etc
  3. Click the Invoiced or the Not Invoiced filter at the top of the page

Billing / Billing / Filters Finding Billing Entries that Have Not been Billed

To view all billing entries that have not been billed, use the New filter on the billing screen.

  1. Navigate to the  Billing module and select Billing
  2. Apply any desired filters, including client, provider, date range, etc
  3. Click the New filter at the top of the page

Any entries with an orange vertical line to the left of the date of service, are entries with no billing activity.

Billing / Billing / Filters Finding Billing Entries that Have been Voided

To view all billing entries that have been voided, use the Void filter on the billing screen:

  1. Navigate to the  Billing module and select Billing
  2. Apply any desired filters, including client, provider, date range, etc
  3. Click the Void filter at the top of the page
  4. Any entries with a strikeout text have been voided

Billing / Billing / Filters Finding Billing Entries that Have not been Paid

To view all billing entries that have been billed/invoiced against, and have an amount in the “Owed” column that is greater than “0,” use the “Outstanding” filter in the Billing screen.

  1. Navigate to  Billing module and select Billing
  2. Apply any desired filters, including client, provider, date range, etc
  3. Click the Outstanding filter at the top of the page

Any entries with a blue vertical line to the left of the date of service, are entries that have been billed but not paid.

Billing / Billing / Filters Finding Billing Entries that Have been Overpaid

To view all billing entries that have been overpaid, use the “Overpaid” filter on the Billing screen.

  1. Navigate to the  Billing module and select Billing
  2. Apply any desired filters, including client, provider, date range, etc
  3. Click the Overpaid filter at the top of the page
  4. Any entries with a red vertical line to the left of the date of service, have been billed/invoiced against, and has an amount in the “Owed” column that is less than “0.”

Billing / Timesheets / Filters / Billing / Billing / Filters Finding Signed and Unsigned Timesheets

To find all timesheets that have been signed, or that need a signature:

  1. Navigate to the  Billing module and select Timesheets
  2. Select a date range and apply any desired filters
  3. Click the Filters tab on the top left of the page
  4. Click the Signatures  drop-down
  5. Select Yes or No next to either Signed By Provider or Signed By Client

The steps for auditing signed and unsigned timesheets are the same for Billing.
