When in learning tree branches, bulking phase changes and events allows users to add condition lines and setting events, respectively, to multiple graphs in clients’ profiles. Users can bulk phase changes and events from the Branch Options menu.

To bulk phase changes:

  1. Select a parent or child branch in a learning tree to add condition lines to multiple graphs in client profiles 
  2. Click Bulk Phase Change in the Branch Options
  3. Complete the Bulk Phase Change pop-up:

    • Enter a name for this phase change…
    • “Before” Label
    • “After” Label
    • Date
    • Add an optional comment…
    • Please note, there is a 250 character limit on names and comments.
  4. Click Save

To bulk events:

  1. Select a parent or child branch in a learning tree to add setting events to multiple graphs in client profiles 
  2. Click Bulk Event in the Branch Options
  3. In the “Bulk Event” pop-up:

    • Enter a name for this event…
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Add an optional comment…
    • Please note, there is a 250 character limit on names and comments.
  4. Click Save

When in learning tree branches, users can duplicate a branch up to 10 times from the Branch Options menu. The “ Copy Branch” option creates a duplicate of the selected branch, while the “Bulk Copy Branch” option duplicates the selected branch up to 10 times.

To copy a branch:

  1. Select a parent or child branch in a learning tree to copy
  2. Click Copy Branch in the Branch Options
  3. Click Copy Branch

  4. Refresh the page to view the copied branch, which will fall below the selected branch

To bulk copy branches:

  1. Select a parent or child branch in a learning tree to copy multiple times
  2. In the “How many times would you like to copy this Branch” drop-down, select the number of times to copy the selected branch

    • The selected branch can be duplicated up to 10 times. If selecting 9 in the drop-down, 10 branches will be created
  3. Click Copy Branch
  4. Refresh the page to view the copied branch, which will fall below the selected branch

From the Branch Options menu in the Library, users can delete branches and their connected branches. Please note, when in learning trees or courses, users will only see the option to Archive Branch.  

To delete a branch:

  1. Select a parent or child branch in a learning tree to add setting events to multiple graphs in client profiles 
  2. Click Delete Branch in the Branch Options
    • Please note, branches with active child branches cannot be deleted. An error message warns users that parent branches can only be archived.
  3. In the “Confirm” pop-up, click Yes

To view archived branches:

  1. Navigate to the Clinical module and select Library 
  2. Select a learning tree
  3. Click the gear icon on the left-hand side and then Show Archived Branches
    • To hide archived branches, click the gear icon again and then Hide Archived Branches

Learn / Library & Purchased Items Create a Library Template for Program or Curriculum Bank

If you have created your own program or curriculum bank, you can house them in CentralReach as a Private Learning Tree Template for the programs to be easily found and used when creating a client’s Learning Tree.

To create a Private Learning Tree Template:

  1. Navigate to the Clinical module and select Library
  2. Click + Add New on the top right corner
  3. Click Title to enter the Learning Tree name
  4. Click Private Learning Tree Template 
  5. Click Create Learning Tree
  6. To provide other employees access to the Learning Tree, enter their names one by one under the Sharing & Access tab, and click Share
    • All employees selected will be included in the list of Users with access. To define their level of access to the Learning Tree, click one of the following options next to the employee name:
      • Read-only: the user will have this Learning Tree in their library once the tree is out of draft mode, and can use the template or parts of the template in a client’s Learning Trees, without editing the original copy that is being created
      • Can edit: the user will have this Learning Tree in their library, while the tree is in draft mode. They can use the template or parts of the template in a client’s Learning Trees and will be able to collaborate and edit the original version of the template being created. These users will also be able to share the template with other users

7. Click the Settings tab

  • Click Private – only for me or providers I share it with

  • Click the License drop-down and select one of the following
    • Single-use (Readonly): users with whom you shared the template can only use it one time and cannot change any of the content
    • Single-use (Editable): users with whom you shared the template can only use it one time and can modify any content of their version
    • Multi-use (Readonly): users can use this template for multiple clients, in multiple Learning Trees, and cannot change any of the content
    • Multi-use (Editable): users can use this template for multiple clients, in multiple Learning Trees, and can modify any content of their version

8. Click Save Settings 

9. Click Close

10. Click + Add Your First Branch to add branches to the Learning Tree

11. Click Make Active 

  • Branches edited or added by users with Can edit access will have to be Make Active by you

Learn / Library & Purchased Items Bulk Share Library Templates

Users can share library templates in bulk from their library folder.

To bulk share library templates:

  1. Navigate to the Clinical module and select Library
  2. Click the checkbox  to the left of any templates you want to share
    • Or, click the top checkbox to select the entire list
  3. Click the Share Selected button under the search bar
  4. Type in the name of a user, choose whether you want to allow this person to edit the tree, and click Share Trees

Please note, you must be connected to users to share templates. If you do not have access to share a given template, it will specify how many were shared.

Learn / Library & Purchased Items Edit Tab Options

  • Goal Name
    • Therapists will see Short Term & Target Names on Data Sheet
    • Can be modified by double clicking the branch name outside of Edit tab
    • For long goal names, the pull tab   can expand the name box
  • Goal Description
    • Therapists will see Target Description on Data Sheet
    • Area to write operational definitions or mastery criterion

  • Data Type
  • Maximum Trials
    • Sets a trial maximum per data point (E.g. Only allow 5 trials)
  • Minimum Trials
    • Sets a minimum number of trials to be run
    • Data are forfeit if therapists do not hit the minimum
    • Session handoff: (sharing data sheets) allow multiple therapists to hit minimum together
  • Session Type
    • NET: Standard data sheet (skill acquisition)
    • Pinned: widget always at bottom of data sheet (behavior reduction and requesting)
      • Allows for immediate tracking 
  • Data Grouping: Please note, if data is too close together, the data collection will aggregate the data points based on the selected setting. If the graph has enough room, it will display all of the data points.
    • None: DEFAULT (stacked data points if multiple data points taken in a day)
    • Average: averages data points within closest interval in a day, across each day – can also be done on graph 
    • Sum: total data points for each day – can also be done on graph
    • Max: displays highest data point for each day
    • Min: displays lowest data point for each day
    • After Branch Creation: goal information (E.g. Domain, Responsibility, etc) can be edited from the Goal tab

Learn / Library & Purchased Items Creating and Sharing Library Templates

Library templates house client non-specific programming to be later modified for clients, and allow clinical teams to collaborate and share their programs. These templates are viewable by anyone in network, including, but not limited to, client profiles. It is advised to never include identifying characteristics in library template names.

To create a Library Template:

  1. Navigate to the Clinical module and select Library
  2. Click +ADD NEW
  3.  Name the library template (E.g. Goal Bank)
  4. Select Private Learning Tree Template
  5. Click Create Learning Tree
  6. Library Templates, Learning Trees, and Courses may be accessed via their respective Clinical drop-down option, and filtered from the same page

7. Click the gear icon on the left-hand side for Learning Tree Options

  • The Sharing & Access pop-up allows you to share templated (organization wide) programming for collaboration
    • Add employees via name or label
      • Can edit: ability to modify a template in any way (Clinician)
      • Read-only: ability to see, but not modify (Technician)
    • Remove employees via the trash can  icon

8. Click Settings and set the following options

  • Availability: Private Learning Tree Template 
    • Template available only to people listed on Sharing & Access Tab
  • License: Multi-use (Editable)
    • Template to be used in more than one client account and may be individualized

9. Click Save Settings and Close
