Client accounts are able to make payments on invoices from their account. Only invoices marked as Payable by Client and Visible to Client by the organization can be paid via the client portal.
Making a payment:
- Navigate to Billing , then invoices.
- To the right of every invoice there will be a button that says Pay.
- After clicking Pay, you will have the option to make the payment using a saved credit card, or with a new card.
- If you choose to pay with an existing/saved card you’ll only need to re-enter your credit card’s CVC number.
- If you choose to pay with a new card you’ll need to enter in the credit card’s info, billing info, and add a name for the card.
- Click the Pay Invoice button.
